MOTIRIDON®

Motiridon is indicated to treat vomiting and nausea symptoms.

Hypersensitivity to domperidone or any other of constituents of the drug.
Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, mechanical intestinal obstruction or gastrointestinal perforation.
The patient has a prolactin-secreting pituitary tumor (prolactinoma).
Patients with moderate and severe hepatic impairment.
Patients with prolonged conduction time, in particularly the QT interval, patients with marked electrolyte disturbances or patients with existing cardiovascular disease such as congestive heart failure.
Concomitant use with drugs that prolong the QT interval.
Concomitant use with CYP3A4 inhibitors (independent of the prolonged effect of the QTc interval).
