COMPOSITION
Each film-coated tablet contains:
Cefuroxime 500 mg
(As cefuroxime axetil)
Excipients s.q.f. one film-coated tablet
INDICATIONS
Treatment of the infections caused by susceptible bacteria:
Mild to moderate respiratory tract infections: Otitis media, recurrent sinusitis, recurrent pharyngitis and tonsillitis, exacerbations of chronic bronchitis or superinfection of acute bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia.
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections.
Uncomplicated skin and soft tissue infections.
Treatment of early Lyme disease.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Patients with a history of allergies to the cephalosporin group of antibiotics and penicillins.
